Join Polly and Caroline on Saturday, June 7th for a refreshing morning of Pilates, healthy juices, nutritious nibbles, and some much-needed time for yourself.

🕘 9:00 – Core Pilates in the Bell Tent with Caroline

Kick-start your weekend with a focused core session in our beautiful bell tent. Expect a deep reset for your body, followed by time to unwind with a healthy drink and a tasty bite.

🕤 9:30 – Intro to Reformer Workshop with Polly

New to the Reformer? Or need a refresher? This friendly, welcoming workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to brush up on the basics.

🔟 10:30 – Dynamic Reformer with Polly

A lively, energizing session featuring new moves and tempo shifts. This one got fantastic feedback last time – we think you’ll love it too!

⏱️ All sessions are 55 minutes.

Come solo for some well-earned “me time” or bring a friend for a feel-good morning together. We can’t wait to see you there!
