About this Event

Rest & Reset is an invitation to slow down and come back home to yourself. If you’ve been feeling stressed, tense, anxious, or disconnected from your body, this session offers a gentle space to pause, breathe, and soften. Through guided breathwork, you’ll release built-up tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. This is time just for you , to rest deeply, reset your energy, and leave feeling grounded, supported, and more at ease in your body.
Please bring a mat, a cosy blanket and some water so you can stay nourished through out the session.
