📢 PTFA AGM – New Date Confirmed 📢
Following some really positive support from parents, we’re pleased to confirm a new date for the Friends of Kempsey Primary School PTFA AGM:

📍 Kempsey Primary School
This meeting is open to all parents and carers and is your chance to hear about our fundraising, see how funds have been spent, and help shape the future of the PTFA.
We are looking to fill our four trustee roles:
👉 Chair
👉 Treasurer
👉 Secretary
👉 Pre-loved Uniform Co-ordinator
Nominations & voting info (important!):
• You can nominate yourself or someone else for a role
• Nominating someone does not count as a vote
• If more than one person is nominated for a role, a vote will take place at the AGM
• Only those attending on the night can vote
Whether you’d like to take on a role, help as a committee member, or just come along to find out more, we’d love to see you there. Even a small amount of time can make a big difference 💚
