For many, Autumn represents a season of harvest and closure; for others, it marks the beginning of new life cycles and celebratory practices. As we slowly release the heat of Summer, we learn to embrace a cooler season, both literally and metaphorically. Our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs also transition during this time. Wellness practices that soothe and nourish us during other seasons suddenly aren’t effective, or may feel overwhelming during this season. There is nothing wrong with that. This does not represent a lack of willpower, determination, or commitment; it is simply a gentle reminder that we are ever-evolving beings, and as we evolve, so must our practice.
This month, we will meet the Five Elements (ether, air, water, fire, earth) as they manifest within our divine vessels. Together, we will explore our Dosha Constitutions along with movement and breathwork that promote healing and bring balance to our unique selves. We will learn what it means to unapologetically embody our authenticity with integrity and consistency.
You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a journal.
