NID Cycle Telethon

In celebration of Deaf Awareness Month, the NID Cycle Telethon event will again be held on 18 September in front of the NID blue gate main entrance in 30 De la Bat Road, Worcester.

NID staff will be participating in a 12-hour cycle challenge from 07:00 – 19:00. Each staff member will cycle 15 minutes on an exercise bike. During the cycle challenge NID will be calling and asking people across the country to please contribute to our minimum target of R120 000 to the benefit of elderly and multiple-disabled Deaf residents.

There will also be an extra exercise bike for any member of the public who would like to join the challenge and cycle 15 minutes for the Deaf and persons with hearing loss. Make a donation of any amount and hop on! No rush, your own pace. If you are just driving by give us a HOOT!
