Make. It. Werk. A Drag Competition from Love Your Labels

MAKE. IT. WERK. is a turbo-charged night of performance and full-on flair, where queens, kings, and crowned jeweled royals bring their fiercest selves to the stage. This isn’t just about looking good (though baby, you better) — it’s about showing up, showing out, and showing the world what you’re made of.

This high-energy competition is more than a night out — it’s a launchpad. Two winners from the evening will snatch a coveted spot to perform at Queer AF: Ethereal Beings 2025 — known as the Queer Met Gala of Massachusetts — happening Friday, September 5, at the iconic Mechanics Hall. Don’t miss your chance to witness the next stars of the scene before they hit the big stage.

Parking Information: Metered street parking is available near the venue. The closest lot is at the Worcester Public Library, just a short walk from The Cocktail Garden.

We’re accepting applications from drag performers of all experience levels and identities.

Apply by July 31, 2025 to enter for a chance to be chosen for a spot in the drag competition.

• $375 (1st Place) + Paid Performance at Queer AF
• $250 (2nd Place) + Paid Performance at Queer AF

Please note: Performance fees are contingent on participation in the Queer AF Show on September 5, 2025. If a winner is unable to fulfill their obligations, a runner up will be selected.
