Herbal Blending and Hot Water Extractions

🫖 In this fun and interactive class we'll delve into the art of herbal blending for health and learn a simple beginner’s formula to help guide you as you go on to create your own supportive blends for years to come.

🫖 It's a make and take! Each participant will formulate, create and blend their own custom herbal tea to enjoy at home from the Herbalist’s Choice selection of herbs provided during this class.

🫖 You’ll also learn the ins and outs of three different approaches to using water as an herbal extraction method to create: a simple infusion, a tonic infusion and a decoction.

🫖 Each participant will leave with their very own handcrafted herbal blend (made by YOU, ooo la la!) in a glass jar, printed material of what’s learned and the knowledge and confidence to begin making simple herbal blends going forward.
