Restorative Yoga with West African Drummers

If you haven't joined Julie yet for restorative yoga, you need to come to this one! Professional West African drummers Mike Rinker and Lucy Tresise are returning to provide you with root chakra grounding music as you hold restorative postures for minutes at a time. A restorative yoga practice is another method of training the body to rest, reduce stress hormones, and recover by comforting the body in poses close to the ground. $40 Bring blankets and pillows!! Studio will have extra bolsters if not.
