Get Your Giggle On blends playful movement, intentional breathing techniques known from Yoga and contagious Laughter to boost your mood, reduce stress, and build community. No yoga mat or experience needed - just bring your curiosity and a willingness to laugh!
We finish the session with a gentle relaxation to ground after all the laughter fun :)
