A four-week journey into spiritual awareness and energy healing
Are you ready to awaken your spiritual awareness and deepen your connection to higher energies?
This nurturing and supportive four-week workshop is designed for those who feel drawn to explore the realms of spiritual healing, energy work, and divine angelic guidance. Whether you are just beginning your spiritual journey or seeking to strengthen your existing connection, this course offers a safe and sacred space to develop your intuition, expand your energy awareness, and embrace the healing presence of angels and spirit guides.
Through guided exercises, meditation, and hands-on practice, you will learn to sense and work with energy, connect with your personal team of spirit guides and angels, and develop techniques for grounding, protection, and healing.
This is an invitation to step into the light of your soul’s journey, to feel supported, uplifted, and guided every step of the way.
No prior experience is needed. Just an open heart and a willingness to explore, enhancing practices to support the body’s innate rhythms and healing capacity.

What you will Learn:
Week 1 – Tuesday, 1st July
Introduction to Spiritual Healing & Energy Work
- Understanding spiritual energy and how it flows through you.
- Learning essential grounding and protection techniques
- Developing your energy awareness and practising how to “tune in”
- Sensing energy in yourself and others through hands-on exchange healing
Week 2 – Tuesday, 8th July
Chakras, Auras & Energy Fields
- Exploring the layers of your aura and personal energy field
- Introduction to the seven chakras and their influence on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Learning simple yet powerful self-healing techniques to restore balance
Week 3 – Tuesday, 15th July
Connecting with Your Spirit Guides & Angels
- Strengthening your intuition and inner knowing
- Recognising signs, messages, and synchronicities from your spirit guides and angels
- Practicing meditation and visualisation techniques to deepen your connection
- Expanding your spiritual sensitivity through guided exercises
Week 4 – Tuesday, 22nd July
Bringing It All Together
- Practising healing and energy balancing on yourself and others
- Integrating spiritual awareness into daily life
- Receiving personal angelic messages and guidance through final meditation and reflection
Who is it for?
- Open to everyone aged 18 and over who is interested in spiritual healing Angelic and development.
- No prior experience required. Beginners are warmly welcomed.
- Not suitable for those under 18
What to Bring?
- A bottle of water to stay hydrated
- A notebook, pen, pencil, and coloured pencils for journaling and reflections
- A warm wrap or shawl for comfort during meditation
- A cushion or yoga mat for relaxed sitting or lying down (optional)
- An open heart and mind

With over 30 years of experience, Rita Davies has been devoted to the practice of Angelic Reiki and spiritual healing. Her teachings focus on compassion, connection, and empowerment, helping individuals awaken their spiritual gifts and embrace the guidance of the angelic realm.
