Energy Reset is a six-week workshop designed to help you stay grounded, clear, and centred – especially if you work with the public, support others daily, or often find yourself feeling drained, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin.
It gives you the knowledge, tools, and support to manage your energy with more ease and awareness. You’ll walk away feeling more grounded in yourself, more protected in your day-to-day environment, and confident in your ability to maintain clarity and emotional balance, no matter what the world throws your way.
- What you will learn
In this workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to maintain your energy, strengthen your boundaries, and create a sense of inner steadiness that you can rely on no matter what’s happening around you. This isn’t about anything complex or mystical – it’s about everyday “energy hygiene”: how to protect your emotional space, stay focused, and feel more empowered and in control of your wellbeing.
By the end, you’ll understand how to reset yourself when you feel off-balance, how to prevent other people’s moods or stress from sticking to you, and how to show up with clarity and purpose without burning out.
Over the course of six weeks, you will:
Ground yourself quickly so you feel stable, calm, and present
Clear out emotional clutter and release what isn’t yours to carry
Protect your energy in challenging environments or draining interactions
Build healthy boundaries that support your wellbeing and confidence
Recognise early signs of overwhelm and reset before you burn out

- Who is this workshop for?
Energy Reset is designed for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, steady, and emotionally protected in their daily life. It’s especially supportive for people who:
Work with the public every day
Work in challenging, high-pressure, or emotionally demanding environments
Often feel drained, tired, or overwhelmed by other people’s energy
Struggle with boundaries or taking on too much
Want simple, practical tools to stay balanced and clear
Are new to energy awareness and want an easy, down-to-earth introduction
This workshop has been intentionally designed to be accessible for everyone, from frontline workers and carers to office staff, teachers, retail teams, tradespeople, and anyone who finds themselves giving more than they get.
No previous experience with energy work, mindfulness, spirituality, or self-development is required. Everything is taught in a simple, grounded, and practical way. Even someone who has never heard of “energy hygiene” can comfortably take part.

Between each workshop session, you’ll receive a 20-minute Energy Reset Integration Call, a personal check-in designed to help you embed what you’ve learned.
This is your space to reflect, ask questions, share experiences, and receive tailored support as you apply the tools in real life. These calls ensure you stay grounded, confident, and connected throughout the programme, especially during the weeks when we’re not meeting in person.

- About the trainer
For over 20 years, Kerry Fletcher has been inspiring and empowering people to step into their fullest potential. With a background in coaching, holistic wellness, and the fitness industry, she brings creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a deeply personal approach to helping others grow, build confidence, and embrace their authentic selves.
Her own journey has been about learning to value herself, heal from past traumas, and come home to her authentic self – finding the courage to love herself and fully show up in the world.
This lived experience fuels her passion for teaching, guiding others, and creating transformative experiences through workshops, coaching, and her podcast, Shift Happens, which she hosts.
When she’s not supporting others, Kerry loves keeping herself fit at the gym, looking after her two ponies, walking her Jack Russell, and indulging her love of cars. Life, for her, is about curiosity, joy, and helping people discover what lights them up.
