Dirty Gerund Poetry Show ft Sam Walters

Come on down to read your work, tell your jokes, bear your soul, all while accompanied by the coolest backing band since the invention of Ray-Bans. Open mic list is up at 8pm, show to kick off ~9 ; slots for first and second half, alongside a waiting list. Don't see room on the list? Talk to Nark and they'll see what they can do. Sam Walters is a 25-year-old queer trans man who is an internationally published poet. His poetry comes from a place of yearning and curiosity about identity and connection. His work has been published by Transmuted, The Elevation Review, In Parentheses, Vancouver Poetry House, Olivetree Review, Lupercalia Press, and The Clementine Zine. He resides in Brooklyn and can be found on Instagram @samwaltersnyc.
