It's about that time again! We're delighted to announce our next Dear Listener headliner is the *glorious*...

Holly Winter-Hughes is passionate about using writing to express the stories we hold in our bodies. This comes through her poetry, her facilitation and her research. Her work has been commissioned by various organisations including Apples & Snakes, Arvon and Poetry Pharmacy. She has performed extensively across the UK including events for the BBC, Cheltenham Poetry Festival, Ledbury Poetry Festival and Raise the Bar. She is committed to supporting underrepresented people in raising their voices and as such, is the founder and CEO of The Word Association CIC (who have published over 40 anthologies from marginalised communities with Holly at the helm). She is in the final stretch of a Masters degree in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes at Metanoia Institute, and is a member of LAPIDUS. She will start her PhD in restorying the body and community narratives at the University of Birmingham in October 2025. Holly is a widely published writer, most recently appearing in Atrium, Clarion, Impossible Archetype, Ink, Sweat & Tears, Lapidus Magazine and Tears in the Fence. Her collection, How to Leave a Body came out in May 2025 through Verve.
