� PTFA AGM – Important Notice �
Our PTFA AGM will be held on Tuesday 28th January at 7pm, and we really need to share an important update with our school community.
At this AGM, all four current trustees will be stepping down:
* Tracey Were – Chair
* Jade Hudspith – Treasurer
* Anna Stacey – Secretary
* Dayna Langley – Preloved Uniform Co-ordinator
This has not been an easy decision. Over the past two years, we have actively tried to recruit new volunteers to join and eventually take over the team, but unfortunately we haven’t been able to secure the support needed so far.
Without volunteers willing to step into these key roles, the PTFA will sadly be unable to continue. This would mean no fundraising events, no extras, and fewer opportunities to create those special memories for our children at Kempsey Primary School.
Being part of the PTFA is genuinely such a rewarding experience. Every role can be shared, supported, and shaped to fit around family and work commitments — even a small amount of time can make a huge difference.
� We strongly encourage anyone who may be able to help to attend the AGM, ask questions, and consider putting their name forward for a role.

With a new team, the PTFA can continue doing what it does best — supporting the school and making amazing memories for all our children at KPS.
