Hearthside Adventures: Tuscan Flat Bread & Peposo (Tuscan Beef Stew)

In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make schiacciate, a traditional Tuscan flatbread, and Peposo, a hearty beef stew cooked to perfection in a brick oven. The outdoor brick oven will be the centerpiece as we prepare these delicious dishes together. After cooking, sit down to enjoy a flavorful dinner featuring your creations, surrounded by good company and great atmosphere. Come hungry and ready for an authentic taste of Tuscany!
