NOTE: An email will be sent to all players with an exact time for arrival on the day and this is what happens then:
🔹 Teams Are Announced
- Team lists will be pinned up at the clubhouse.
- Lists will include coach & manager names (if allocated). If blank, parents will need to step up!
- Parents, please fill in your details (name, phone, email & photo consent) on the team sheet.
🔹 Uniform Collection:
- Teams will have a designated time to collect uniforms from the undercover area.
- Uniforms are numbered & must be returned at season end.
🔹 Coaches & Managers Meeting
While players grab their uniforms, coaches & managers will meet with Coaching Convenor, Laura to:
- Discuss coaching resources, workshops & training expectations
- Sign the Coaches Pledge
- Receive their Coaching Bag (to be returned at season end)
- Learn about support available for managers
🔹 Team Names
Teams can choose their own name on the day.
