Developing Healthier Eating Habits - Learn how to make some simple, tasty, nutritious meals at home. You will be shown some health & longevity practices, and leave the workshop feeling confident to take them on.
We will be discussing Raw Foods, Water, Fasting, Detoxing, Saunas, Lymphatic Drainage, Digestion, Organics/Current Food Production, Simple Methods to Grow your own Food, Current Health Issues, and lots more….
This will be a tastebud-blowing sensation, with over 30 different ferments/foods to taste - an informative, engaging and interactive experience, leaving you inspired.
You will have the knowledge and skills required to take responsibility for your health and wellbeing

Featuring Organic, homegrown and local produce – miso soup, salad, sprouts, ferments, hommus, flax crackers, spicy sprouted lentil crackers (all recipes included)
PM (1.30-4.30) - Honey Mead, Kombucha, Honey/Ginger/Turmeric Ferment, Cacao Smoothie, Chia Pudding & Electrolyte Lemonade, Liposomal Vitamin C
Everyone receives over $50 worth of ferments/cultures to take-home (fermented vegies made during the workshop, Viili Yoghurt Starter and a Kombucha Scoby)
You will also receive a comprehensive Manual which covers all the recipes made during the day, including the lunch recipes
