Experience a “Sound Bath” with Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Drums (ocean/thunder), Tuning Pipes and Chimes.
The deep, powerful and mysterious sounds can help in removing blockages, move stagnant energy and clear out old emotional issues and trauma. The frequencies also stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, bringing about balance, relaxation and wholeness. Healing can take place on many levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

What to bring: - A pillow or two, a light throw or blanket and an eye mask/cloth). Mats are provided.
** If lying down is a challenge, you can bring a folding chair.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session. Doors are locked at start time and no admittance thereafter.
