TRANS-figurations: Film & Discussion

Screening and discussion of Peterson Toscano's
performance lecture film, highlighting six (6) gender
non-conforming characters in the Bible. The film
focuses some well known and some obscure biblical
stories of eunuchs and non-eunuchs who transgress
and transcend gender. Discussion will be facilitated by Rev. Ralph Merante, Pastor of Overlook United Methodist Church, Doctor
of Ministry Candidate in Queer Trauma and Spiritual
Wholeness at Drew Theological Seminary.
