Touchstones Woodstock: A Six-Session Workshop on Understanding Your Grief

The grief journey can feel like wandering through a wilderness of hurt, confusion, and sadness among other unsettling emotions. Join us to meet others grieving the death a loved one and explore the path forward after loss.

Participants will be provided a copy of Understanding Your Grief by Dr. Alan Wolfelt as a guiding material through “the ten essential touchstones for finding hope and healing your heart.” Suggested donation of $15 to cover supplies.

This workshop is held at the Blue Ridge Care Woodstock Community Resource Center on September 23, 30, October 7, 14, 21, & 28
