💪 Seniors Month Fitness Marathon – Everyone Welcome!

Join us for a morning of movement at Sally Creek Community Centre!

🎉 Try up to five free 40-minute fitness classes — open to all ages and abilities!

8:00 – Why Weight w/ Sheila (bring weights)

8:50 – Stretch on the Floor w/ Elizabeth (mat & theraband)

9:40 – Stability Ball w/ Karmelle (mat ball & weights)

10:30 – Seated Fitness w/ Nancy (theraband)

11:20 – Seated Stretch w/ Nancy (theraband)
