Free Event- Pilates with Heather

Bring your flexibility (or not) for a special Pilates class with Spoons of Salt board member, Heather! We will be doing a special type of Pilates that is chronic illness friendly and created for those with hypermobility called Integral Movement Method (IMM) by Jeannie DiBon. Heather has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and is certified in Pilates and IMM.

You can be a complete beginner and come to this. It is for those who have no experience with pilates.

We will have yoga mats provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. This class is focused on Ehler's Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder.
Bring a water or electrolyte drink!!
