Mommy & Me - Beginner Yoga Series!

Breathe, Stretch, and bond in this playful and heartwarming yoga class designed for moms and their little ones (ages 6 weeks to 4 years). "Mommy & Me Om" blends gentle yoga for moms with fun, interactive movement and mindfulness. Through simple poses, and breathing exercises, we'll explore ways to move together on and off the mat.

No prior yoga experience needed-just come as you are, and enjoy a beautiful moment of connection.

All equipment is provided.

Baby class runs 9:15-10 am
Tot class runs 10:15-11 am
