Hands on Adjustments Yoga Workshop with Rich Logan

Three Essential Support Poses with a Side of Childs Pose:
For teachers, teacher in training, and students interested in deepening their practice.
Learn to sit with the student. See what it is like to slow down and attune to the breathing rhythm of your students and utilize their own bone energy to create differing breathing patterns, grounding and ascension. Then move to the mountain and see how we can expand on our skill set. We'll explore some essential Down Dog adjusts transposed with child's pose when our students need rest.
