Welcome to the inaugural Fox Trot, hosted by the Woodstock Wood Trotters in support of the Terry Fox Foundation.
Event Location & Time
Where: Connell Park Raceway, (Horse Track) 143 Connell Park Rd,
Woodstock, NB E7M 1M5
When: 5:30 PM start time
Format: 800m laps around the horse track. First lap = 7 minutes.
Each lap after, the cutoff shrinks by 10 seconds. You must
complete each lap in the allotted time to continue running.
If you don’t finish within the allotted time, you are
eliminated. The event continues until only one runner
remains.

Woodstock High School - 144 Connell Park Rd
Rotary Club lot - 105 Connell Park Rd
Woodstock Community Y- 145 Connell Park Rd
Washrooms- Available inside the AYR Motor Centre.
Race Rules
Continuous Format – There are no breaks between laps. The clock
dictates when each lap begins.
Cutoffs – Runners must cross the start/finish line before the cutoff
time for each lap to continue.
Fuel & Hydration – Runners are encouraged to use spare time
between laps to hydrate and fuel but must be
back on the start line before the next lap
begins.
Elimination – If you fail to finish within the allotted time or aren’t at
the line when the lap starts, you are eliminated.
Last Person Standing – The event continues until only one runner
remains.

*This is a cup-less event, please bring reusable water bottles. *There will be a small selection of snacks provided for participants
Supporters & Spectators
Spectators are welcome! Cheer on the runners as they push for one more lap, all in support of the Terry Fox Foundation.
On September 21st, the Woodstock Wood Trotters will be participating in the Terry Fox Run on the Confederation Bridge in support of cancer research. All proceeds from this even will be going towards The Terry Fox Foundation.
