12 Workouts in 1 Day Fundraiser for DASO (Domestic Abuse Services Oxford)

This annual event—now in its 9th year—involves 12 workouts in one day. Steve, myself, and several of our clients complete all 12 workouts, while other people will stop by to participate in a couple of them. Over the years, we’ve raised over $15,000, and this year, we’re hoping to raise even more by inviting other trainers and gyms from across our community. We are also reaching out to other local businesses to join in as well.

The event will take place on Saturday June 7, starting at 8am and will run until 4pm. We will be hosting the event on the CASS football field and track. There will be access to the change rooms and washrooms for participants.

All we ask is that each participant bring a donation of any amount to support DASO.
