Wednesday Beginner Yoga

This gentle 60 minute class focuses on providing a basic introduction and practice for practitioners who are just beginning their yoga journey, are newer to yoga, older adults, and people who may have some functional constraints. In this class we will work on learning to honor your own body, adapt yoga to fit you and build an appreciation for all the amazing things your body is capable of. $10.00 maximum of 10 people.
