For this event, we will utilize quartz crystal singing bowls and meditation to create a deeply immersive and therapeutic sound journey experience. During the sound journey, participants lie on their backs for the entire experience. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are available. We also have 3+ comfy chairs available and can do whatever mix of lying and sitting positions are needed for each group. Please call or text to RESERVE YOUR CHAIR.
