Embodied Enneagram: A Playful Evening of Movement and Mocktails

What if your Enneagram type could move, stretch, or even dance? Join us for a light-hearted yet meaningful evening exploring the Enneagram through movement, presence, and playful practice.

Embodied Enneagram invites you to step beyond personality theory and into the felt experience of the nine types. Through gentle, kinesthetic activities and casual conversation, we’ll explore how the Enneagram can support greater self-awareness, connection, and personal growth.

No prior Enneagram knowledge or movement experience needed—just a willingness to try something new. Mocktails and refreshments will be served as we enjoy the summer air by the lake (weather permitting).
