Meet & Move - Singles Gathering for Play, Presence & Connection

Ready to meet people through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection?

Meet & Move is a playful, heart-centered singles event for those who want to connect through the body, mind, and spirit. Join us for a morning of playful icebreakers, consent-based connection, partner yoga, assisted stretching, and authentic relating. Registration includes a glass of The HIVE’s housemade hibiscus and honey iced tea.

You’ll learn how to:

Explore connection through touch — with respect and consent
Use an invitational approach to give and receive honest yeses and no’s
Connect with kindness and presence, guided by the principle of Metta (loving-kindness)
Drop into your body and relate with curiosity, not performance
Get a good stretch supported by your new friends and leave feeling great!
What to Expect:
💫 A welcoming intro (with Megan)
🤸‍♂️ 45 minutes of fun icebreakers + partner yoga and assisted stretching (with Tamara)
🍹 A 10-minute refreshment pause (courtesy of The Hive)
💬 30-minute guided round-table rotations (with Megan) — short, meaningful conversations in rotating groups

This event is for singles of all genders who are open to connecting in a grounded, playful, and mindful way.
