Beyond cooking, you’ll explore the art of pairing these iconic tapas with the perfect beverages—mainly wine—to enhance their flavors. Chef Mauricio will share his deep knowledge of wine and food pairings, helping you understand how aromas and tastes come together to elevate your dining experience.

After preparing your Spanish masterpieces, sit back, relax, and savor your creations with fellow food lovers. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply passionate about great food, this class promises a delightful journey through Spain’s culinary traditions.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
