Age requirement: Must be at least 9-years-old.
Duration: Treatment plant tours are 2 hours in length - (30-minute introduction, 1.5 hour walking tour).
Dress code: Tours take place outside in an industrial setting. All visitors must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. Please dress prepared for the weather!
Accessibility: For general tours, participants must be able to walk one mile and ascend/descend multiple staircases. Accessible tours and accommodations are available with advance notice.
Please note: Tour groups must start and end the tour together. It is not possible to leave early.
