Manifestation is the art of bringing ideas into energy and then into matter!

What better way than journeying to your wiser future self through a Trance Movement Journey, combining shamanic journeying and the Silva Method of Quantum Leaping, and bringing back visions and inspirations to turn into a physical vision board.

In this workshop, we will guide you through an immersive journey of tapping into your creative imagination and connecting with the limitless possibilities of your future self.

The trance movement will help you release stagnant energy, open your intuitive channels, and connect deeply with your body as a vessel of manifestation. Through rhythm, flow, and intuitive movement, you’ll shift into an expanded state of awareness, preparing your whole being to receive guidance and insight from your future self.

A vision board is a powerful creative tool used in the practice of the law of attraction, as it helps visually align your thoughts, desires, and intentions, serving as a constant reminder of the manifestation of those desires into reality.

With collage and art materials, you will have the opportunity to visualise and manifest your dreams, goals, and aspirations in a tangible way. This event is designed to help you transcend time and space, harness the energy of your future self, and align your present actions with your future vision.

**Materials:**

All art and collage materials, cork vision boards, inspiring printed images, dried flowers and leaves, and even crystals and glitters will be provided! Just bring your beautiful self!

If you’d like to bring any personal photo or item, you’re most welcome.

(A printer will be available for small photos, so you can choose an image online and send it to me on the day to print out for you.)
