“Help me feed my kids” workshop

Join Mandy and Jeri from Golden Days Hampers for a two-part workshop where we’ll explore:

- Upping kids nutrition
- Simple healthy swaps
- Baking from scratch (incl. the nightmare that is nut free!)
- Sneaking in good stuff

These workshops will have lots of open discussion, some delicious treats and a glass of wine or tea. You’ll also head home with digital resources of our favourite recipes!

Please note that this workshop runs over two days (Tue 9 Sept and Tue 23 Sept) and the price covers both days.
