This year’s Hosen Award will be presented to Dr. Jack Kooyoomjian, a leader whose lifelong dedication to environmental protection, water quality, and community stewardship has helped shape the community.
Dr. Kooyoomjian’s work has helped shape local conservation policy, protect vital waterways, and ensure a sustainable future for Prince William County.
His dedication to stewardship has created a ripple effect that extends far beyond Prince William County.
