Welcome to Rhythm @ Roots a fun and inspiring day for everyone where you can explore Drumming & Dance workshops with Marcus Brown and Rosy May.

Join us for an exciting in-person event at Wooden Roots in Rendlesham IP12 2TW.

9.30am-10.15am FREE INTRO TO DJEMBE
10.30am- 12pm MIXED LEVEL DJEMBE w/Marcus
12pm-12.30pm LUNCH (bring your own)
12.30pm-1.30pm FREE* DANCE TASTER w/ Rosy May (*June only)
1.30pm-3pm 90 MINI DUNUNS w/Marcus

Come and experience the energy and connection that drumming and dance brings. All FOUR workshops can be booked via our website using the link provided.

Both Marcus Brown and Rosy May are incredibly patient teachers who will lead you through these beautiful and extremely fun workshops. No experience is required for any of our workshops but we think it's helpful to take the free intro to West African Drumming.

Don't forget to bring your lunch and there will complimentary tea & coffee.

For those waiting for an active attendee (parent, driver, carer) enjoy our chill-out lounge and feel free to bring your knitting, crochet or your favourite book.
