Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and treat yourself to a day of relaxation and restoration. Our expert instructors will guide you through various techniques to help you find calm and balance. Don't miss this opportunity to reset and restore your mind, body, and spirit!

Part 1 – Understanding & Calming Your Nervous System
We’ll explore how stress affects the body and learn simple, effective techniques you can use anytime to reset and find calm—even in the middle of a busy day.

Part 2 – Guided Relaxation & Group Healing Experience
You’ll then be guided through a deeply restorative meditation while subtle energetic balancing techniques are used to promote coherence between the brain, body, and heart. Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique will help clear subconscious interference , support nervous system regulation, and restore the body’s natural ability to heal. This portion is done lying down, so please bring a yoga mat and blanket to get comfortable.
