Hi I’m Ruth May, Chartered Physiotherapist with 20 years clinical experience. I have had my own Pilates business for 14 years 🧘🏻‍♀️

I’m thrilled to be offering Pilates classes at New Street Market on Tuesday mornings.

Class fee is £12 for one hour of mat based Pilates which is suitable for all levels of experience.

As an introductory offer the first class will be half price.

There are three weekly classes to choose from every Tuesday (term time only).

11:40 - 12:40
