Embodiment Practice & Guided Meditation with Laura

Join us at Manifest in St Ives for a much need offering, Embodiment Practice & Guided Meditation with Laura.

The aim of embodied practice and meditation is to reconnect our mind with our body in a new and gentle way. It's particularly helpful for people who have experienced trauma and feel disconnected with their own body.

With simple grounding movements and a relaxing meditation, we can reconnect our emotions with our body and process our daily life in a more mindful way.

The class is designed to help us grounding and reconnect with our inner selves.

Please note the total fee of £5 goes right back into the community by way of the Pay It Forward board and scholarship program to support the Manifest community. Laura provides this work with love and a way of helping others.
