Willy Wonka KIDS (Richmond Elementary)

Enter a world of pure imagination with Willy Wonka Kids, presented in association with Richmond Elementary School and is sponsored by the RES PTO, will be performed on May 30th & 31st.

Based on the iconic book “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and including songs from the beloved 1971 film, “Willy Wonka” this show is a scrumdidilyumptious musical guaranteed to delight everyone's sweet tooth.
Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka KIDS follows enigmatic candy manufacturer Willy Wonka as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his candy bars. Whomever comes up with these tickets will win a free tour of the Wonka factory, as well as a lifetime supply of chocolate. Four of the five winning children are insufferable, but the fifth is a like-able young lad named Charlie Bucket. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka's rules in the factory — or suffer the consequences.

Willy Wonka KIDS is 30 minutes long with no intermission and will be performed
Friday, May 30that 6pm & Saturday, May 31st at 2pm

Tickets can be purchased at the door 30 minutes prior to curtain. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and $5 for students.
(RES Staff & Children 5 and under are free)
