From Garden to Table @ Tutti Noi Farmers Market

🍅 August Theme: “From Garden to Table”
Where does food really come from? Join Nourishing Flora for a hands-on exploration of how plants become the food on our plates!

Kids will:

- Explore plant life cycles and take home veggies to try

- Decorate garden recipe cards for those veggies

- Match vegetables with their plant parts (root, stem, leaf, fruit) in a fun game

Through creative play and garden-inspired crafts, we’ll learn how real food grows and reflect on our relationship with the earth. Our grounding practice will focus on noticing details in nature and cultivating patience through growth.

🗓 When: August 2 | ⏰ 10 AM – 12 PM
📍 Where: Wonewoc Farmer’s Market
