Join us for a transformative Reiki Level 1, one day Workshop on Saturday 12th July.
Whether you're seeking personal growth, a deeper sense of peace, or a way to nurture both yourself & those around you, this workshop is the perfect starting point. This weekend also brings in the new moon which is perfect to establish a new journey, a new pathway with ourselves, and expand your awareness while you bring in the new energies. It is the perfect time to focus on self-awareness, grounding and new beginnings.
Reiki Level One is a very gentle yet powerful introduction to the wonderful world of energy healing, and it is suitable for everyone - all you need is an open mind and heart, and a desire to learn. No previous experience of energy work is necessary.
The course is designed for a small group of a maximum of 6 people only. So it will be an intimate day where we can really focus on you.
During the course you will receive 4 attunements which attunes your energy to that of Reiki. You are shown how to use the healing energy of Reiki to bring healing to yourself, friends and family, even pets, plants and food.
You will learn the history of reiki, how it can bring wellness into your life and those around you, how to protect your energy and cleanse your space, gain further insight into using your intuition, introduction into the basics and concept of chakras, auras, and the clairs, hands on training, what it feels like to receive a treatment, how to do a self healing, a 21 day journal, one on one guidance from a reiki master / teacher, and ongoing support.
Once you have done your Level One Reiki your intuition will begin to expand, old blockages will begin to clear away, and you may feel more in the flow of your life. You will leave the course with a transformative and gentle healing tool constantly at your fingertips.
You will also receive a Reiki level 1 manual and a certificate to take home with you on the day.
I offer ongoing support and you will have the opportunity to attend regular reiki share sessions to allow you to practice on others but to also receive a treatment yourself. This provides a space to connect with other students.
I will be providing morning and afternoon tea, as well as a vegetarian lunch. You will also have access to tea and filtered water throughout the day. Please advise if you have any specific dietary requirements.
