Sunday Yoga

Join us every Sunday from 2:45 to 4:00pm for Sunday yoga, a class for those more experinced in yoga practice (we hold an all ability class on Thursdays!)

This experienced yoga session offers a space where people of all backgrounds and identities can come together to experience the benefits of yoga in a chilled and relaxed environment.

Come as you are, and let the calming energy of yoga guide you towards mindfulness, flexibility, and inner peace. Take a break from the outside world and connect with your body, mind, and fellow participants in this wonderful weekly gathering. We look forward to seeing you there!

All equipment provided, just wear comfy clothes and bring a drink.
