💪 Monday 7th Apr Self-Defence & Fitness: “Lunch Time Break Fun”

Take a refreshing break from your routine with an energising session combining self-defence techniques, fitness, and teamwork. Build confidence, learn practical skills, and bond with your neighbours in this dynamic midday activity.

📅 When: Monday🕒 Time: 1-2pm📍 Where: 3rd floor

Sessions are completely FREE and open to all residents of Wolverhampton. Our goal is to promote teamwork, build connections, and create a welcoming community atmosphere.
