Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills, stay active, or be part of a great basketball community, our training sessions are open to all members!

These weekly sessions are designed to help players improve individual technique, build stronger teamwork, and experience a higher level of gameplay — all in a supportive and encouraging environment.

While the sessions will help prepare our Competitive Teams through focused drills and team-building activities, everyone is welcome to join in, learn alongside them, and enjoy the challenge.
