Walk with us at sunrise this World Suicide Prevention Day to bring connection, hope, and save lives.

Join the Out of the Shadows Walk at Flagstaff Hill, Wollongong on Wednesday 10 September, 5:45 am – 7:30 am.

Together, we’ll honour those lost to suicide, support those who’ve been impacted, and shine a light on the importance of mental health.
