Welcome to Goddess Rising Ecstatic Dance - A space for women to gather & celebrate the Goddess within.

Practices include Ecstatic Dance, Meditation, Tantric Breathwork, Kundalini Practices.
There's NO prerequisite for any of these practices and this is an intuitive dance so no dance skills necessary! Surrender to your unique flow and let your inner Goddess guide you. You're always held where you are in every moment. I also hold a relaxing healing circle at the end, allowing space for self reflection and integration.
I'm not strict about the flow of these sessions. It's a matter of what comes up at the time within the dynamic of energies in the circle on the night. There is flow but it's intuitive in the moment, if that makes sense?
Bring friends - if there's someone who you think might be interested in connecting with their inner Goddess through meditation and dance, invite them along! Let's explore our Divine Feminine Mysteries together!
There'll be chats with tea while pulling cards around the altar. Wear comfy, flowy clothes that are easy to move in and bring a shawl/blanket for reflection time at the end and don't forget your water bottle.
This is a community offering which has been running for over 4 years now. The intention is to bring heart-centred community together.
We have a temple donation of $30 which covers hall hire, insurance, organising, prep time, tea etc. however if you are under financial stress, please let me know and we can work something out. I have a ticketing system so I know who's attending on the night so I can prepare accordingly.
