This is a gentle, nourishing evening class that weaves together movement, creativity and calm.
Each session includes a mix of Pilates-style movement, simple joyful dance, simple creative art-making, and a short guided meditation to help you unwind and reset.
There’s no pressure to be “good” at anything — you don’t need dance experience, art skills, or a certain level of fitness. Everything is optional, adaptable, and guided with care. The group is small, kind and inclusive, creating a beautiful sense of safety and connection.
This space is about slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with yourself — while also building community with other women in a warm, supportive environment.
