This collage class is perfect for beginners, it’s your playground for artistic exploration.
Connect with your inner voice, snip tear and layer, create mini artworks and abstracts!
With my guidance you will learn how to create a collage artwork step by step, following a theme or chart your own vision.
Collage Extravaganza
I will supply a starter collage gift pack and a heavy board for the collage support. PVA glue. Plus a presentation matt board with cellophane sleeve.
Please bring along
Scissors
Craft knife/blade
Self healing cutting mat or heavy cardboard
Glue stick
Ruler
Pencil
An old store card/eftpos card or catalyst wedge
Any art materials to add interest to your work, such as coloured pencils, acrylic paints, oil pastels, felt tipped pens, inks, really anything you enjoy using or have on hand.
Optional - Interesting papers
For example gift wrapping, magazine, discarded artworks, greeting cards, dress/ knitting patterns, maps, catalogues, fabric, lace, buttons etc
A mug for tea/coffee, snacks supplied.
