Pranic Healing: Wokingham Support Group

Our monthly support meeting in Wokingham is on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 7.00pm.

You are warmly invited to join us for a soothing session of gentle guided movement and meditation with Angela Rigby from the Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland. Together, we’ll create a safe and peaceful space to ease stress, gently lift the mind, and nurture a sense of calm and clarity.

The session also includes the opportunity to receive an optional, complimentary 10-minute Pranic Therapy treatment.
